The way that we were treated during these past two difficult weeks went far beyond what could be expected. We were treated with the utmost dignity and respect. I cannot rate the service we received from Melissa and Percy high enough. Both my sister and i live abroad and flew to South Africa to farewell our adored mother. After my brother contacted Baker and Baker, they waited for our arrival before meeting with the three of us and patiently talked us through the options. We were considerably jet lagged and not thinking straight but both Melissa and Percy were so kind and understanding. Her committal service was serene and calm and very professionally organised as was her final trip to Durban which we chose to do with our Mum.
